Good service and clean room. The sleep member bed I could take it or leave it.
There are plenty of things to do in Grand Rapids. There is no way to get bored unless you want to.
The best part of this stay was the amazing bed! It was firm but not too firm and had an individual control for this. And the pillows were the best I have ever encountered in a hotel room!
Beds were very comfortable. pool was great for kids, small shallow. next to shopping and food.
Staff extremely helpful and courteous. Sleep number bed with down comforter was great. Breakfast buffet was good. Nice lounge with a very good local Blues band playing the weekend we were there. Very nice pool; adequate fitness room.
